The Business and Industry Centre is located in Starotoruńskie Przedmieście in the western part of Toruń, in a well-known and developing district. The area of Towimor Inwest Park covers a total of 16 hectares of land, 28,000m2 of industrial facilities, including a production and warehouse hall with overhead cranes, 15,000m2 of paved areas and a large part of a 7-storey class B office building with an area of 6,500m2.
In addition, we own undeveloped land, which we hold in a property bank with a view to further investments. We offer the possibility of renting warehouses with amenities, offices, yards or land for various uses. Depending on the purpose of the hall, we offer different areas as well as heights of the warehouse halls. You can also create your own office facilities on the same site. The office premises are of a high standard and are tailored to meet the high requirements of entrepreneurs.

Towimor Invest Park is one of our many projects,which we carry out in Poland. We have been in the rental business for over 20 years, The total area of the property at our disposal is over 100,000 m2. We have a variety of properties in our portfolio, ranging from modern Class A and B office buildings to production, warehouse and service areas. They have office and social facilities. The site is fenced, protected, with access control and suitable for TIR traffic.
Place
We have paved yards ranging from 1000m2 to 15000m2 available for lease.
Ground
We have over 4ha of undeveloped land in the land bank at this location, which can be used for further expansion of facilities or ground leases.
